I love eating foam, too!! Especially wh...I admit... I love eating foam, too!! Especially when it's a flavored latte, and somehow just the act of pouring the almond syrup through the foam into the latte below ends up sweetly flavoring the foam... If you also like sweetened coffee, I highly recommend making your own coffee syrup :D My personal favorite is to make a syrup-carmel reduction using half Amaretto liqueur & half carmelized water-sugar mix... mmmmmmmm I have a bottle of my syrup on my desk for my stay-perky-at-work coffees!
