Cabbage Salad
This salad is amazing! My cousin taught me how to make it and it's sooooo good. It consists of green cabbage, toasted slivered almonds, toasted peanuts, toasted sesame seeds, and a dressing. All the dressing is is equal parts of soy sauce, vinegar (I used balsamic), olive oil, and honey. The nuts gave the salad a nice crunch, and the dressing just makes it soooo delicious. Plus cabbage was on sale at Henry's so the cabbage cost me about 30 cents. In other words this is a cheap salad. This is definitely one of my favorite salads.
