Chicken Soup


I made this with celery, carrots, onion, zuchinni, garlic, egg noodles, parsley and boneless and skinless chicken thighs. I though thighs would work well since they're more fatty but apparently you're not supposed to use boneless chicken in chicken soup because that's where all of the flavor comes from. I also used organic chicken stock from Trader Joe's (since it's the same price as non organic chicken stock...). It came out good, I think next time I'll use chicken with bones. This soup is not how I'd like it to be though, I'll probably have to do more research on chicken soup before I make it again.
